Free information session for people with disability and supporters on the Sunshine Coast

Are you a person with disability or a supporter living on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast? Have you experienced or witnessed violence, abuse, neglect or exploitation?

You can find out about the Disability Royal Commission and the free supports available at an information session in Caloundra on Friday 9 September.

Hosted by Your Story Disability Legal Support and Lotus Support Services, the session is free to attend and will be held at the Caloundra Community Centre (conference room 1), 58A Queen Street, from 10am to 12pm.

Your Story is a free national service that gives independent legal advice and support to anyone considering sharing their story with the Disability Royal Commission.

Lotus Support Services is a Queensland-wide service that provides free, confidential counselling and support to people engaging with or affected by the Disability Royal Commission.

Everyone is welcome at the information session. Light refreshments will be provided, and disability access will be available.
